What started as a main floor renovation and small garage addition with ensuite bathroom, quickly turned into a whole home renovation due to the Canada Day flooding. The scope has been ever changing as we uncover issues with the older portion of the home. New roof, basement renovation due to the flood, roof leak, shotty work, a series of unfortunate events. That being said, the main floor renovation of the project is almost complete, and it is looking SO good. We opened up a compartmentalize layout for an open concept, spacious floor plan that makes the main floor look double the size. The main house feels entirely new, and will allow our clients to grow into the space which now has ample space, seating, and storage for all things family and kids.
